A medium bodied medium roast DECAF coffee. The flavor profile is slightly sweet with notes of Cocoa, Citrus, and Nutty. Perfect for someone who does not do well with caffeine or for times when you want a good cup of Joe later in the day but also don’t want to stay up all night.

In a sugarcane decaf process, low-pressure steam opens the pores of the coffee beans. Then the beans are soaked in a solution of water and ethyl acetate. The solvent binds to the salts of chlorogenic acids and allows the removal of caffeine. After flushing the beans with ethyl acetate repeatedly, up to 97% of the caffeine is extracted. Because ethyl acetate comes from sugarcane and is an organic compound that can effectively remove caffeine, the coffee’s flavor attributes are not extracted.

This Kat Crack is a wonderful medium roast made from beans from Colombia. It’s full of flavor yet not too bold in any way. It cools nicely and is easy drinking. Expect flavors reminiscent of apple pie, brown sugar, and a little nuttiness.
Spicy, sweet, a little nutty……it just works, plain and simple.

Dark roast with flavors of syrupy stone fruit, caramel, and other tropical flavors.

Introducing Lindsay’s first signature Ace Line roast! After trying many different coffees this one was her favorite of 2023 so naturally this was a good fit. The name, in the Ojibwe language translates to Black Bear Woman and comes from her Ojibwe name Black Bear.

It’s a dark roast and one can expect a heavy, earthy, yet smooth body with mild acidity with flavors of: Cedar, Cardamom, Caraway, and Lemongrass

Chiapas Altura Vista Hermosa SHG 2023 - Mexico

A Special roast made in partnership with My Homies Support and fans of Cheech and Chong!

Beans from Chiapas Mexico that are roasted at a nice place right in between Medium and Dark for just enough, but not too much, boldness.
Flavor profile: Milk Chocolate, Stone Fruit, and Nutty flavors from a medium bodied bean with a mild mild medium acidity.

This one is sort of a test flight. I’m hoping someone really likes it as an espresso roast. I really love it though so I decided to give it a name and pre-release it to the wild in the meantime.

A Colombian bean from Marcario Calmo combined with a wee bit of Cruz Perez from Guatemala produce rich flavors of date loaf, ginger, spicey plum and a finish subtly reminiscent of a fresh raspberry or lime cordial.
