

Mountain Water Process Decaf - Altura - Veracruz Mexico
The Mountain Water Process retains a lot of the flavors of the beans and results in a 99.9% decaffeinated coffee. The beans are then roasted at a lower temperature and longer timeframe than I’d use for caffeinated beans which I feel keeps the subtleties of the flavor profile intact.
